Excellent news from James G this morning.

Beer. Beer is apparently OK.

I cannot tell you the relief I felt when I read “Can a Post-Ride Beer Hurt Your Hydration?” on bicycling.com. All I need now is someone to do a study on how post-ride chips will make you “ride like Brandon Semenuk in 7 days” and I will rest easy.

Have to confess though, I wish I understood how someone got paid to “do a study” to work this out!
